Who would have thought that a pilot based on a video game would do so well.

Felicia Day is often called a geek. To be fair; it is a term she applies to herself and label she seems pretty proud of.  She confesses openly that her passions in life are fantasy novels, video games and web 2.0. Not to mention the fact that she is a former World of Warcraft addict. If you have not heard of the online video game World of Warcraft then you are in the minority. It is the most successful video game of all time, boasting over 11.5 million subscribers worldwide.

With a popularity that rivals a good episode of your favorite soap, if you don’t play WoW (as insiders call it) then you know someone who does.  Recently Felicia has been putting her vast knowledge of this game to good use, but first a bit of background.

Some weird things have happened with those pesky little wii remotes since the console was released. They have ranged from the expensive, as numerous people have flung the remote through their large flat screen televisions, to the gruesome such as one young man who describes hitting an overhead chandelier while swinging at a virtual tennis ball and cutting his hand down to the bone.
